How a shared space forms.
Start solo, then invite your co-parent. Here is what happens in each case.
You sign up
Your space is ready. An invite code is created for it.
Stay solo
Track expenses on your own. Invite your co-parent any time.
Invite your co-parent
Share your invite code.
Example invite code
K7Q42M
New to milinn
Signs up with your invite code and joins.
Has an unused, empty space
Confirms, joins your space, and their unused space is removed.
Already uses milinn
Has their own space with their own records. Combining two spaces is not available yet. Keep using your existing accounts and keep your records where they are. Do not delete a space to join another, because its records would be lost.
Space is full
It already has two parents. Sign in with the account that is already a member.
One shared space
Up to two parents. Expenses, Calendar, Messages, Documents and Ask milinn, shared.
